Terms and Conditions for Booking
Before booking with Foam Team Parties, please read the following terms and conditions. By making a booking via website, phone, or email, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms.
Supervision Requirement for Children
For all foam party events, a parent or responsible adult must be present and maintain visual contact with the children. Continuous supervision is mandatory and must be attentive and intentional. If adequate supervision is not provided, Foam Team Parties reserves the right to terminate the service and leave the premises without providing any refunds.
Liability and Indemnity
As the customer, you are responsible for providing a safe area for us to set up in and provide the foam party and for taking all necessary precautions to prevent injury or damage. You acknowledge that Foam Team Parties is not liable for any injuries or damages incurred by you, your guests, or any other individuals at the event. You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold Foam Team Parties harmless from any claims, judgments, attorney fees, and costs arising from injuries or death resulting from the event.
Water and Electricity Access
For your event, we require access to an outdoor water faucet and a three-pronged electrical outlet within 100 feet of the event location. If these are not available, please inform us in advance. If we arrive and do not have the necessary access, we will not be able to set up, and you will be charged the full event cost.
Payment Policy
Payments for events are due one eat before the event or at the event of agreed to in advance, before equipment setup. We accept credit cards and cash.
Refund Policy
All sales are final. No refunds will be issued unless weather prevents a party. In the case of bad weather, we will try our best to reschedule or will offer a full refund if no rescheduled times can be agreed-upon. Whether that may prevent a party would include severe thunderstorms, heavy wind, or heavy rain.
Deposit Policy
To reserve your event, a valid credit or debit card is required. A non-refundable deposit of $100 is necessary to book a foam party.
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your event up to 7 days in advance without penalty, except for the non-refundable deposit. Cancellations up to 7 days before the event will incur a $100 fee unless the slot is rebooked. Cancellations within 7 days will be charged the full event price. Please understand this policy must exist so that we can book out our schedule and not miss business due to false reserving of time-slots.
Weather Policy
Foam parties are weather-dependent. In the event of severe weather such as lightning, high winds, flooding, or heavy rain, we reserve the right to reschedule for safety reasons. If severe weather is anticipated, please contact us to reschedule.
Alcohol and Drug Policy
While you may serve alcohol at your event, we reserve the right to cancel or shorten the event if alcohol consumption compromises safety. Illegal drugs or misuse of legal drugs are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate event termination.
Damage and Injury Liability
Foam Team Parties is not responsible for any damage to property, including grass, plants, buildings, or any other items. We also reserve the right to charge for damages to our equipment caused by carelessness or willful actions of the client or guests. All liability for damages or injuries rests solely with the client or event host.
Photography and Video
During your event, we may take photographs or videos for promotional purposes. If you do not want this, please notify us before the event begins.
Text / SMS / MMS Messaging
By signing up for a party, you are opting in to receiving text messages from us about your booking such as confirmations, final payment due reminders, or deposit due reminders. Message and data rates could apply from your carrier. Messages will only be sent for these purposes and you can expect 3-4 messages from us regarding your booking. To unsubscribe just text stop to one of the messages or contact us at 615-900-0546 and we will resolve it personally.
MESSAGE AND DATA RATE MAY APPLY. Your mobile carrier may charge fees for sending or receiving text messages, especially if you do not have an unlimited texting or data plan.
Messages are recurring and message frequency varies.

Opt-Out: You can opt out of eh SMS list at any time by texting, emailing, or replying STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to david@foamteamparties.com. After unsubscribing, you will receive a final SMS to confirm you have unsubscribed and we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours.

Non-Sharing Clause: We do not share your data with 3rd parties for marketing purposes. Foam Team LLC will not sell, rent, or share collected mobile phone numbers.
